On Saturday we sent in the deposit check for the florist ... we are using East Sac Florist - the same florist Kylie used for her wedding back in May - Kylie went to school with owner, Jenn. Jon and I are not really "flower" people so don't be surprised when you don't see flowers everywhere. Last Thursday we met with Logan aka DJ Jumping Bean. He is a friend of Kylie's sister, Mo, and was the DJ at Kylie's wedding. We love referrals from Kylie! We are very excited that Logan will be the DJ at our wedding ... Jon will be hand selecting most of the music that will be played ... and we have a few surprises up our sleeves :)
Tonight we will be meeting with Village Cake Shoppe to do a cake tasting and discuss the cake for our wedding! This week we will also be purchasing my "something blue" garter set and the cake topper, toasting flutes, and cake knives ... so check back for updates about those items!!!
